He is passionate about helping young entrepreneurs to scale their business and convert ideas in to real businesses. He founded Beno Support, an international BPO with global locations in 5 countries and is now supporting Business Teams in expanding businesses to distinct Profitable Business Units such as Beno Language and Beno Software.

Beno Group strongly relies and believes in Abinesh’s vision of “Giving Back to Society” and with same thought, we have started our NGO – Aarohan Trust which is working towards Educational requirements of underprivileged children and students.

Chief Operating and Strategy Officer – Beno Group

Pavan is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for Beno Group’s Global Sales, Operations and Capability Creation. Based out of Delhi-NCR, he is the engine driving Beno Group’s strategic plans and operating results. He is a Business Graduate with Engineering background with 20+ years’ experience across various industries such as Hospitality, Automobiles, FMCG, BPO and KPO to name a few.

He is keenly focussed in developing and executing the next generation of Processes for Beno Group with specific focus towards Process Improvement, Product Innovation, Marketing Strategies and Business Analytics with growth and result driven strategies for IoT, AI, NLP and Data Analytics.

Jeynder Singh

Business Unit Leader, Transformation and Operations Officer – Beno Language

Jeynder is an entrepreneurial senior executive with more than 15 years of successful track record in building and leading outsourcing, technology and operating businesses. He has extensive experience in strategy, planning, implementation and technology consulting, in addition to managing global outsourcing and consulting operations. As a veteran leader, Jeynder has extensive experience for Indian and Asian Markets with first-hand experience in gathering, understanding and processing information for Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Bidding and Execution for Indian and Asian Languages. In his current role, he is leading a young and dynamic organization with Operational Challenges and supporting the Global Sales team in large deal pursuits.

Pavan is leading Beno Software Business Unit and is helping the team with the delivery of Technology Services and Systems Development teams. He is working closely with the business growth leaders in creating and delivering technology-driven solutions. Pavan has over 15 years of rich experience in the IT industry in various roles, including Consulting. Pavan is keenly interested in developing and delivering solutions for new trends, technologies, web application and cloud consulting with specific focus on IoT and Blockchain.

Business Growth and Customer Success Manager – Language and Multimedia Solutions

Ankita is associated as Business Growth and Customer Success Manager for Horizontal Offerings (including Localization, Translation, Multimedia and NLP) across existing and prospective clients. She is entrusted with developing new growth and delivery models for challenging markets such as India, USA and Europe. She is an enthusiastic and visionary professional with over 10 years of wide experience in the areas of Finance, Localization, Investment Banking and Total Quality Management. She also guides in implementing various programs in delivery excellence raising our overall Customer Satisfaction Levels.
